Time Handling Functions

The following functions return information about times and dates, including daylight savings and UTC offset.

Function	Description
Single Character	Single character expansions (`%c`, `%D` etc.)
%time	Generic (too complex) time function
%time.is_dst	Is the system running in DST?
%time.next	Number of seconds until next hour, day, etc
%time.now	Return the current time
%time.offset	Return UTC offset
%time.request	Return the time when the request was received
